my husband, son and myself live in a 14 x 28 home. we had the shell built by a company . then i designed the interior. we have a 10 x 14 sleeping loft which helps with the space down stairs which includes a kitchen,bathroom,living room,laundry area and our 8 year old sons room. we also have 2 weimariners that we share our space with. although it can be challenging at times,we love not having a mortgage payment because we did everything pretty much ourselves and paid for it as we went along. it has taken us 2 years to finish due to job losses but we love it
