I love my iPad but the Kindle Fire is less than half price and does many of the things that the iPad does. If you don't need the productivity apps and just want entertainment, the Kindle Fire is your best bet. I'll put a good word in with Santa for you and the iPad.

I understand what you are saying, my sons told me the same thing. However this list is meant to be for both boys and girls and for younger and older teens so I needed to have balance. However, you and my sons were probably right and I probably should have made a longer list and divided it into groups by age and sex. Thank you for your comment.
