Diana, I've got plenty of the other kind of blog post, too. I'm just a recovering over-controller. :)

Thanks, Mike! No one cares about you as much as you do, I've found.

Yep, it's tough. I feel a lot like I've "outgrown" many of my friends that I've made though my life, and that feeling only compounds the feelings that I'm kind of a crappy friend. :) Thanks, Karianne.

Hey, Mike. Thanks. BTW, loved your article on self-tracking earlier this week. I've started doing that myself in the past couple of weeks. Thanks for the tip about FitBit, too. I'm gonna grab one of those for myself.

I'm curious, Tim... Since you (more than likely) run into a lot of issues like this in your coaching practice, how do you view this? As I'm contending here, a person should be able to make decisions consciously to break habits. It may not be easy, but it's fully within someone's control. Do you find that to be true, or do you have cases where "the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak"?
