<description>Cheese enchiladas? Quesadillas? Since when did cheese become a vegetable? I&amp;#039;m sure you meant soy cheese or maybe almond cheese! P.S. Quesadilla is a contraction of queso + tortilla. To say &amp;quot;cheese&amp;quot; quesadilla would be redundant since queso is cheese in Spanish. If you&amp;#039;re making quesadillas w/o the cheese, it&amp;#039;s not a quesadilla. </description>
