I may not like Hillary Clinton (or her politics) but I'll be the first to admit that she has natural political instincts that Obama will NEVER have.

If you are fleeing for your life because the government wants to jail you for opposing them-I'd say you have a case for asylum. If you are fleeing because you can't get a job in your native country-not so much.

I used to think the left didn't know the difference between immigraion and illegal immigration. Now I'm sure they do-but delibrately mix the two because that's the best argument they can come up with.
