I think we need to assess the next three games, get on an even field with the rest and then look at where we sit. Newcastle fans can sit and discuss how they held great teams to narrow losses but they are still talking about it in The Championship.

Personally, I think top eight finish once we get fitness through the team and everyone gels.

I have seen and posted on the same reports relating to Candreva, (who we are fighting over with Murinho) and Toni (signing fee only issue) will be on a £3mill per year deal. Fingers crossed. Suppose all cannot happen as Zola wants a small squad, perhaps sales of Collison and Upson will allow this?

There were a lot of reports following the trouble showing every little bit of crowd trouble across the UK. This shows they will probably feel obliged to make a significant example of both clubs. Although I have heard they are going to be holding back on being too harsh as the most serious issues were outside the ground. The fact that West Ham co-operated so heavily with Police seems to have worked in our favour too.
