It helps the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal. So I suppose it would help smokers quit to a certain extent as well. On the other hand, if you eat a banana every time you have a craving and not smoke in 48 hours - then technically you have already quit! This is because by that time all nicotine will have left your body and any craving will be physiological (i.e. it's all in your mind) and not physical.

Nope.. there is no computer animation here. It's all done on a wall with spray and pictures are taken for each frame before white washed for the next frame.
