Unfortunately this is typical. All double decker buses should have a security guard upstairs imo. Harrassment, drug smoking (including crack), robbery, and vandalism are all things i have witnessed upstairs in the last 12 months, while sitting top deck on Birmingham buses.

Not to mention idiot's playing loud music and using offensive language (while kids are present).

Perhaps. They haven't released the ethnicity of the victims though have they. If it was whites, and the victims were Asian, then it would be classed as a race crime!
