Mercury = mercury

Both forms are toxic.

Vaccines are toxic not only because of thimerosal; but because they ramp up the immune system which may lead to autoimmune conditions.

Vaccines are overused, overrated, over-promoted and under-informed.

There is no reason to massively vaccinate the population for numerous conditions. Many medical conditions can be prevented by simply using effective immune support nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin D, vitamin C, selenium, zinc, elderberry, osha, n-acetyl-cysteine, probiotics and healthy forms of protein.

Limiting sugar is also a big factor as excessive sugar slows immune function.

The active dose of many pharmaceutical drugs is tiny. Thus, a small exposure to thimerosal is significant; especially in low weight adults or children.

I will continue to warn the public about mercury, heavy metals and vaccinations.

There is no misinformation here.

Mercury of any form is simply: Bad.

Hi Sandy -

Perhaps I can help you reduce your pain naturally?

There are numerous things to assist with pain relief.

If you like, let me know where your pain is and how it feels. I may be able to help.

NAC is one of my favorite supplements as well! It does everything!

Hi Brittany -

Sorry for my delay. I did not see your comment come through.

I would definitely join a support group and speak with your physician.

Your physician has best intentions for you. If you stop the medication without informing them, not only may it be dangerous for you, it is also hard for your physician to properly assist you.

Detoxification may or may not cause withdrawals. Detoxification, however, does require a tremendous amount of nutrients, protein, healthy fats and proper methodology. If detoxification is done improperly, one may experience fatigue, depression, fainting and other undesired side effects.

I would not focus on detoxifying right now as detoxification is typically done for those who have symptoms of excess.

Depression is typically not a disease of excess; rather it is a condition of deficiencies. Common deficiencies of depression or anxiety are:
- protein
- sleep
- healthy fats
- specific amino acids from protein
- B vitamins
- magnesium

Do inform your doctor about your desires to get off of anti-depressants. I highly recommend that you seek and counsel with a naturopathic physician who specializes in depression. There are many. Visit www.naturopathic.org to find a naturopathic physician in your area.

Dr Elaine -

I wholly agree with you.

What vitamin D3 is today is what vitamin C was a hundred years ago.

Should you want a pure, liquid vitamin D3 at 2,000 IU per drop for your patients, we can provide Vitamin D360 for you wholesale:
http://www.healthegoods.com/liquid-vitamin-d360-1... />
I named the product D360 as vitamin D3 is full circle health. Every cell, and likely every medical condition, benefits from vitamin d3. Thus = 360.

Thank you for your comment.

Hi Jenny -

Sorry to hear about your daughter's flushed cheeks.

My first thought is she is reacting to something in her environment. It typically is food but it may also be new carpet, soaps, new laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dust mites, supplements she is taking or something she is touching and then putting her hands to her face.

Those are a few possibilities with many more.

Could also be a viral exanthem but one would typically see small red dots all over her body - not just flushed cheeks.
http://dermatology.cdlib.org/93/reviews/viral/sco... />
Pinpoint when she started getting these flushed cheeks.
What changed in the house?
What foods is she craving?
Which foods does she eat the most?

The foods she eats the most: Stop them. Switch them out for a different food altogether.

If she loves milk, give her almond milk instead.

If she loves bread, give her rice crackers instead.

If she loves orange juice, give her blueberry juice instead.

If she loves cheese, give her coconut yogurt instead.

Typically, foods that are eaten the most or foods which are favorites, sadly...are the culprits. I see it over and over again.

Let me know what you find.

If you notice difficulty breathing from your daughter, or coughing at night, she may be experiencing asthma. If so, take her to the ER or call her physician.

I highly recommend you consider discussing your daughter's routine care with a licensed naturopathic physician who specializes in pediatrics. There are many. You may find one at www.Naturopathic.org />
If your daughter has a reaction, standard medicine will give a steroid.

If you take her to a naturopathic physician, the physician will be determined to find the cause, remove it and improve your daughter's health to prevent further reactions.

Do keep me posted.

Should you have further questions, please do ask.

Dr Ben
