Sounds like you had a great time! I love Chiang Mai and while we were in Thailand we also went jungle trekking in Chiang Mai and had the time of our lives... But Laos

Yo Andy... Yeah we are, there are a few things in the old pipeline but first we have a bit of business to take care of in the UK, we are getting married and sealing a few deals... so for a few months at least we're restricted to Europe but it will be tip top to meet up at some point... Sure we'll manage it!

It's a great book, and I haven't been able to put it down since I got it. It's honest and really strikes a chord with any traveller... Best thing is that he made his journey around the world on a motorcycle in the 60's (I think) and he has another book where he did the same journey again 40 years later... when he was 69!!!!! Called "Dreaming of Jupiter"

Hi Gemma, wow sounds like you are going in at the deep end!!!

We were there through the dry, wet and every other season, and you will be fine you'll get wet but you'll be fine! The roads are all goo enough to cope with the exception of Laos maybe but there are roads which you can take as alternatives!
