Well said, I am with you mommagrizzley.
Me. I was denied healthcare at my doctor in December because I owed them money. Had to wait 3 months to be seen by her after they refused to see me in December. I am not an illegal and yes, I have a decent job, just under 40K. Health care is way to expensive for the average earning American. There is your example.
The story says that the two dads were awarded sole custody of all 3 kids & her visitations will be supervised by DHS. Good luck to these fathers as they step up to the plate to parent these children.
Well spoken gladding. Its a shame that there are so many people out there who have nothing better to do with their time, other than talk trash about situations they don't even understand. I pray the family will recover from this sad event.
Last night they said the $2800 was her tax refund. Also said he has a history of drug abuse & that the mom assumes he took the money for drugs.
I don't care for this bar and don't want to defend it. However, I wonder how many times the Police were called for simple fights? The few times I was there security was really good. Maybe they are smart enough to call the poice when fights break out; unlike many place in GR that don't bother, and then people end up getting shot or beat to death. No cameras allowed in when I went which seemed weird to me.
Come on WAX, how is an adult man who's had half a dozen or so babies with teenage girls qualified to work in a high school? Let's be honest, schools don't take on that type of liability without having an "in" on the school board during the hiring process.
I recommend Todd Wenzel on 28th Street ... their special finance manager Krysten can work wonders! I bought a car there and couldn't be any happier with it, and with them!
Let me get this straight, he didn't know better than to ignore airport security checkpoints because he has mental health issues, but he is a medical student?!
We are in no place to judge this young man. The possiability of abuse was the first thought in my mind when I heard about this story. No one except the family knows what went on in that home, domestic abuse happens every single day in America. Calling the police, filing for PPO's, ect RARELY (I would go so far as to say almost never) stops the abuser. If you haven't been there, believe me, you have no idea. People keep saying the deceased Mr. Stokes was a convicted felon and shouldn't have had a gun -- I don't know where the convicted felon part came from, but loaded guns in a house full of kids sounds like a scare tactic that an abuser would use. I don't understand how a 13 year old is being tried as an adult, when a 13 year olds mind does not function as an adult mind does. Either way, this whole thing is a tragedy for both the Stokes' & the Mann's families. But then, that's just my opinion.
