I have an old 3GS, upgraded to 5.0 using redsn0w creating custom ipsw but alas, does not seem to be unlocked. Jailbroken, yes. I've tried a tethered reboot to no success.

Hi Bryan,

Great to hear Scrum is being taught in school. Check out the link  http://www.slideshare.net/krivitsky/lego-for-extended-scrum-simulation-1057214?type=document which is also provided in the blog post.

FYI I just received a draft revised version of that article so come back here soon for a link to that version.

FYI - the only riding with an outside shot at electing a Green is in Guelph.

Hello mcbraun,

That does sound disturbing. Pair Vote has not shared any data with any organization, and in future we would only do so if given permission by you.

As stated in our privacy policy, “If you do not identify any cause or motive or purpose other than electing an MP from a particular party, or defeating a particular party, or promoting electoral reform, then no other cause’s promoter will contact you directly using our data at any time."

Gilbert, we look at distortions at the macro level that the current broken voting system creates, things like Green voters electing no one despite enough support province-wide, and one party getting a majority, despite having far less than majority of votes.

Your logic sounds good in theory, but it all comes down to who registers in the swing ridings and the goals Pair Vote outlines, which we do every election we participate in. That determines how the match ups happen.

This *is not* a left vs right debate, though you choose to frame it that way. Voters from all sides of spectrum are screwed. My riding has no chance of going Conservative, so what point is there in someone there voting Con? Symbolic support is a lame ass consolation prize. The riding system is outdated, dude.

I hear you Sean, and I regret having left this so long. I personally don't have much capacity to work on a campaign this time, and the previous group of volunteers haven't stepped up either. Tomorrow I'm sending out a request to the 9000+ who registered during the federal election. We'll see what happens.

Do keep in mind Pair Vote's focus is on aligning election results with the wishes of voters, dealing with the distortions of our FPTP system. If a party has a chance at a majority, then we would focus on them certainly.

Um, well if you vote strategically, you get LESS than swapping your vote, so why would you do that? Here you can vote strategically AND get a vote counted for your party = $$$ for your party and not having to compromise your first choice.

I know what I would choose...
