These are some great trails for the east end of town. I end up looping from Westminster over by Stanley Lake all the way out to i-25. Good stuff.

I never find the views mundane! What is nuts is I was out here for ten years before I ever made it up Bear, Green, SBP - all big hills in my back yard! And that not uncommon. Even though I get up the hills a lot, I don't forget how majestic the views are.

For what it is worth ... I don't think the pt stuff is working significantly. Biking, short carriage hiking or even slow running uphill does not bother the hernia at all. It is as soon as I go to open my stride for anything that it begins to hurt. If I had to guess, anything faster than an 8 min/pace bugs it. That and coughing / sneezing and sleeping.

Brad - I often wear bike gloves on the trails, even on hot days, just to protect the hands.
