The issue is either Sarah Palin has what would normally considered terrible judgment, or she is covering up something. The timeline is:
1) 4AM Friday morning Palin started leaking Amniotic fluid, Some reports say
her water broke, but when my wife's water broke it wasn't really a "leak".
2) Friday Morning Palin delivered the Keynote address at some conference.
3) Friday Morning Palin got on an 8 hour flight to Alaska, after talking to
her doctor in Alaska.
4) Friday Evening Palin drove 45 minutes from Anchorage to a small hospital
outside Wasilla (where she was mayor).
5) Trig delivered Saturday morning.

I do think this set of actions shows remarkable control if she was actually
in labor. Since the airline personnel didn't know she was in labor, I think
she was simply trying to handle a pregnancy complication and wasn't in great
pain.

It seems reasonable to question her judgment about not seeing a doctor in
Texas, and given that she is in Alaska, going to a small hospital. She knew
this was a problematic pregnancy.
