Hi Allissa, not only it's safe to take CoQ10 when trying to conceive, I highly recommend it because it aids in improving egg and sperm health and quality. The quality of the product you choose however and the appropriate dose is everything! Best of luck!

I am sorry to hear what you are going through. Sugar is said to be 50 times more addictive than cocaine, so I am not surprised by your struggle. In saying that... if I can offer a little hope... I too was a sugar addict and I am so pleased to be able to say that the cravings and craziness associated with feeding the bad bacteria and yeast in the gut by eating too much of it--passes.
