Shortage of water due to ..... a drought or could it be something else. Of course the rich have used it all. Another shortage but this isn't water its electricity. Then when the health care kicks in (not right away even though we will already be paying for it) that will be another shortage. What!!! You want rights!!! You don't like someone telling you what you can and can't do. This is America right where you can do what you want, when you want and how you want. Well get ready as the government begins to unfold its regulations. Pretty soon you won't be able to eat what you want (without a tax penalty) buy what you want (have to buy health care very, very soon), haven't been able to say what you want without being called anti-American or racist (except if you are liberal then its ok).
