They were not allowed to attack the small boat before ir bombed them as a result of whiny liberals who cry for peace against people who are killing us. If you truly were concerned about doing the right thing then maybe you should also look at the fact that it wasn't bush who did nothing while an american soldier was killed and dragged through the streets of somalia, the same country who is now attacking us with piracy.
