What the **** are we gonna do when BO decides to make all of our income taxes retroactive for the past 2,3 or 4 years at 90% to pay for his follies? We are allowing a dangerous precedent to be set. This is nothing more than Congress trying to their own asses for their ignorance and mistakes. This is not the purpose of either the law or the tax code!

And will they be taxing the bonuses they are getting ready to give to the Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae morons at 90%, too? Betcha they don't. After all they are the crooks that started this entire AIG/ banking mess with the assistance of Chris Dodd and the queen of the House Financial Services Committee, Barney Frank.

Time to start emailing, calling and screaming about any bonuses to be paid to the Freddie and Fannie incompetents! (Or it'll be snuck in before you know it.)

What is the process to "divert" money from one item to another? I realize this administration is going to whatever they want regardless of the law, the Constitution or the wishes of the citizens. However, it is time we become loud enough about these sneaky little attempts to usurp all of our rights and protections, that the general public is awakened to the travesties foisted upon us by this communist administration.

If the current administration actively seeks to prevent pilots, who are trained under the auspices of the Federal government, from protecting hundreds of passengers from a very real threat of terrorism (not man-caused disasters), exactly how secure do feel that they will allow any random citizen of this country to remain armed? The second amendment was not enacted to provide folks with the right to go hunting. It was enacted so that the citizenry could protect itself from tyranny, which is an ever greater threat than terrorism.

Time to face the facts folks. It is a done deal already. These organizations have now have their minions in place. I saw advertisements in Ohio in mid January to hire census workers. There was even a deadline, which I can't remember, but it has long since passed. The fix is in and gerrymandering will be done. We are dealing with Chicago politics here. That being said, we need to figure out a way to overcome yet another Obama obstacle (Obamobstacle)!

Lacking the promised transparency requires a lot more creative thought on our part, as the current administration has usually already acted prior to our knowledge. We need to start looking forward at what we know he is going to do, before he announces he has done it. We need to sound the alarm and put a stop to it up front. One specific thing comes to mind is his crippling the 2nd amendment, which is, trust me in the works. This administration is dismantling the U.S. Constitution one amendment at a time. How many citizens of how many countries sat passively by, until it was far too late for action? We cannot fall into this trap!

I had the same thought. Get other organizations, like the NRA or even churches, involved in the collection of census data. Realistically, if the folks from the government doing the hiring found out, it would never happen. Trust me, you don't want someone from ACORN coming to your door. They've been to mine; I live in the hood (not by choice). They are definitely there to instigate and to get people involved in their causes. I kindly told them to leave and not to bother to come back.

Apply for a government grant and grow your own!

God helps those who help themselves. As an American hero said, not so long ago, "Let's roll!"

Guess he can already see the writing on the wall and realizes he'll need a head start. If he gets their money now, he won't have to be concerned in four years when they are freezing, because they can't afford their carbon footprints, never mind campaign contributions.

I am glad that this president has solved all of the country's problems so quickly, thus affording him all this free time to spend raising campaign funds, appearing (at taxpayer expense) on Jay Leno's Tonight Show, and berating Rush Limbaugh. Always a superstar, not really a president.

Sad but true folks, this is what we're stuck with for four years - unless we get moving and change the face of Congress in two years! And they'll be working doubly hard, with the help of the government funded ACORN and George Soros, et al, to maintain the status quo!

In reality this has little to do with global warming/climate change, whatever you want to label it.
It is the audacity of ignorance; it is a contrivance to obtain more of your money.

This planet had climate and climate change long before it had people. And it will have climate change long after people have gone. Mars is undergoing rapid climate change - there are no people, cars or cows there! Is this our fault as well? There is also climate change documented on Pluto, Neptune and Jupiter. No fossil fuels there.

This president is simply pushing to shove as many crazy liberal money burning agenda items down our throats as fast as possible. This attempt at slight of hand must not be allowed to continue. He wants to make it as difficult as possible for the population of this country to keep up with all of the garbage he and his ilk are seeking under his budget. It is simply another way to raise taxes for ALL Americans! If they have more money they can create more programs, such as alternative energy, under government control. (..and you can bet Algore has a holding in these
companies)

He and his budget must be stopped. And folks, that will be a monumental task, as he is now calling on all his campaign supporters to hold neighborhood meetings to explain why his budget must be passed and why they must vocally support it. (I believe, though can't prove it, that we will see ACORN and Soros, very active in this endeavor.)

We need a plan and a way to communicate it to all Americans.
