Looks like Google incorporated or is incorporating Pay-per-action features at AdWords: services.google.com/payperaction/

At the search engines areana Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft Live trio are still dominant. The quest to get their attention is the great challenge for most of us. However, I believe niche markets are our best alternative for a better position.
