Make a DUI a felony on the first offense with a withheld judgment after 3 years if all terms of probation are met with no PV's, make them take numerous courses, double the fines, and at least 30-90 days jail time, or SILD. The laws for DUI's in Idaho makes Idaho a joke of a state to live in.
