Interesting steps, I think this will only create issues for numerous people. I think you would be able to get around this with the help of a shit load of hours and forms but in the end you will most probably still have to go through steps every time you do anything over this limit.

Unluckily I'm not there yet :)

That sounds good Justin. Regarding software for hierarchy type planning, you wouldn't know of any? Except Office Powerpoint, not that it's bad.

Planning is a confusing stage for me, as I love planning and do it often. The problem I find myself in is the methods of the process. Plan on paper or digital, do you print a mother of a skeleton on 200 pages and paste it to your wall. And what if you need to make a change!!! So I must admit that I'm stil not 100% happy with the way I plan as I would like something like a huge digital board... or something :)
