Only The Mets organization needs its fans to tell them to "celebrate" team history. Ridiculous. If Wilpon owned the Yankees, the new stadium would have the Oriole Rotunda and the Highlander Porch. (Yes, the Yankees started as the Orioles in 1901 before becoming the Highlanders).

I get Wilpon's frugality, but he's turning out to me a moron.
