We need to change our voter laws. We should tie in the right to vote with paying taxes. If you file a tax return, regardless if you owe or not, you will be registered to vote automatically. Those who don't file taxes are felons and not eligible to vote. Even people who are dependent on the government have to file out a tax return.
Can you see someone who can;t vote because he/she doesn't file their tax returns getting sympathy from the rest of America?

If "propose a way for the financial sector to pay back taxpayers so that not one penny of the Government’s TARP-related debt is passed on to the next generation", then it would exclude the banks that not only paid back their loans but the interest too. That would leave Bank of America and AIG as the sole payers. It's funny how the auto industry, which will pass this burden onto the next generation, is somehow unmentioned.

I guess the Administration is taking MSNBC's lead of "Lean Forward" and transforming it to "Move Forward".

How many recalls will Walker face during his term? I believe this will be the first of many during his 6 year tenure. The left is notorious for using the polls to hatch their liberal schemes, but when the people refuse to tow their line, the lawsuits are their only option. Prop 8 just shows you how the money of a few will dictate what the population gets, regardless of the "power of the ballot".

How about creating a law that would disallow companies that get Federal loans/bailouts from contributing to political campaigns? It should also extend to public entities, since both parties pay for their existence. Of course, one party will scream bloody murder, but it will show you how they haphazardly dump taxpayer money into organizations that pay them back with campaign financing.

How does Obama defend his words about federal employees are more educated and hard workers when they can't meet deadlines? Does anyone think people would sit back quietly if it was a private business and the courts were demanding records about a related injury or death? No, they wouldn't and the "not-so" intelligent people in the private sector would still meet the legal timeline. So, why can't the most educated and hard working have a problem meeting a four month deadline. Especially relating to email, where all the information is at the touch of a button. (Remember growing up when we laughed about George Jetson complaining about his stressful job? Not sure if it's funny or just pisses me off.)

Does anyone, besides the MSM, look at this with shock? While the MSM continues to portray the Republicans as becoming extremists, it's really the Democratic Party that has done this. People need to be reminded of a group that mysteriously has disappeared - Blue Dog Democrats. This group didn't espouse the liberal beliefs, but did tend to favor their positions while also favoring the positions of moderate Republicans. That all changed once these politicians went from moderate to liberal.
And the people of America have seen the picture. I wonder how low it will get now that the President thinks he can dictate religious beliefs. It will only go down until it equals the true liberal population in America.
