He is a distraction to the purpose of this blog: to assist people with issues related to using tools released to "magnify" their iPhones, not to complain about technology which cannot be circumvented.
His arguments are simply slightly veiled rants due to his failure to accept reality.
I see the big red minus number beside your name as the "frustration most" have with your viewpoint(s).
And I find it astounding the OP is criticizing us for recommending those who require the unlock to buy a FUL iPhone when he has just stated he must do exactly that to get an unlocked iPhone !

Factory unlocks are done by carriers only
AT&T (in US) will not unlock any iPhone

Without doing any research you rushed into buying a phone you should not have bought if you required the unlock.
Had you done the slightest research, you would have learned there has been no software unlock for the last 7 basebands Apple has released (10 including all three iPhone 4S basebands). Apple has been very adept lately at removing all the unlock exploits from baseband coding.
It is very sad you failed to take responsibility for your own inactions while expecting someone to "bail you out".
And you should know the DevTeam has released all the software unlocks to date and they have never accepted any donations for all the unlocks they have provided to us for free.

The Siri on our 4S works at about 50%
IMHO Siri is a much over-valued app.
I recommend consulting Apple or the Apple discussion boards
