I had no idea Rumbi was even planning to close. I liked their rice bowls w/veggies and tofu; a good value, I thought. I'll miss Rumbi.

Seems like they need more robust infrastructure; this is *so* bad!

In response to Cathy Sacco's letter about windblown trash and recyclables, I think it's an infrastructure problem, not a problem of inconsiderate, unneighborly citizens. If our cities use, or even allow, collection totes without a robust, windproof lid-locking mechanism, it's unfair to expect citizens to go clean up the mess. (:-( Of course, we're going to try to clean up the litter; the point, though, is that we shouldn't have to. I encourage concerned citizens to make a fuss with their trash hauler and with city government to stop enabling this unintended and terrible windy-day waste-dumping in our communities.

So what are the compelling arguments for putting 18,000 sq. ft. of office space on top of *this* building - rather than any number of other places in Boulder - downtown or otherwise?

Wondering if any Longs Peak Hyundai customers here were promised free oil changes for the life of their cars - which the new owner is reneging on.

I *strongly* oppose any further restrictions on nighttime open space access for stargazing, moonlight hikes and such. Illegal activities are already illegal, thank you.

Indeed, the store construction seemed rather ambitious, if not altogether extravagant, like they were (gratuitously) spending someone else's money - not pinching their own pennies.
