I'm confused. What the hell is going on? There's no reference to Taken at all in this article and suddenly people are talking about Taken and Anton Yelchin...Am I that high?

Wow. this makes total sense. So when the girl gets dragged to hell, that's clearly a metaphor for how...you know...She was dragged to hell.

Hilariously good horror movie. It was surprisingly scary for a film (I know its a horror film but they never really deliver on scares, just gore.) The ending is a little predictable but I thought it was quite ballsy in retrospect. At the prescreening I went to, I pulled a That's what she said on the audience during the seance scene with the woman (you'll know it when you see it.) Highly recommend it. It also sets up a sequel in a not so obvious way, so hopefully Sam Raimi will be able to deliver another chapter with the Lamia demon.
