I\'m glad you liked it. I had to tweak this recipe since then. I formulated it to fit a serving of 4-6 instead of 7-10. And actually, I\'m making this dish today.

Thanks Chloe. That's a good way of going about weight loss as you mentioned. We all can benefit from positive self-talk as a coping and motivational tool. I don't weight myself each morning because the body will lie to you if done that often, from what I've recognized with my exercise routine. Congrats on the weight loss
