Thanks for reading! Yeah unfortunately you guys got caught up in what has been a pet peeve of mine for quite some time. Let's face it, I have high expectations for The Office. To your credit though, we did get a Chimay in a goblet.

We will certainly be back and look forward to continued improvements. It's definitely comforting to know the industry is listening.

Good point. I could do without all the pomp for sure. They could tear down some of that facade and spend the effort in more useful training.
