Keep it simple. Go back to the Constitution. Take a hint from the 9 Principles and 12 Values. Be anti-amnisty and set a plan (not a date) to end the war. Stop funding countries that hate us.

I am no longer a Texan but I think you should consider Jeb Hensarling as a 912 Candidate. I do not know him personally but I have followed him some and he seems to fit the profile. (He is a very distant relative but we have never met).

If you want to know what real Americans want you and your committee need to study the 9 Principles and 12 Values on The 912Project.com and then add an anti-amnesty stance including stronger border enforcement, a fair tax or flat tax agenda, a stronger military with technology, term limits and smaller government. Then you will have a good start.
