Echart Tolle tackles this in his books. Its not simple but worth while. Listen to the new earth. I also found his book on how tio use the Power of now helpful/
and then lots of practice.

I love the description of impeccable. We set unreasonable expectations for ourselves daily and then spend our time feeling guilty about it. And then behaving badly to others.

By learning to live the first agreement the rest fall into place with ease.
Our opinion of ourselves is the only one we need to work towards.

MM I am fascinated why you feel its unfair for these people to charge for their work.?
You charge for your books and even go so far as to copyright your material. All of which I think is great business and totally expected.
Why do you feel PN and finerMinds should act any differently?

Love the list. I own about 1/2. Not sure if thats a good thing or bad but as its all about now, I shan't contemplate for too long.
I predict the demand for another challenge in 2010.
The community that will come out of this will be without comparison. Bigger than we can know today.

I don't think the idea was to speed read thru. Its to open our minds to possibility and then taking what resonated with you the most and working with that.
Also many of these authors have the same message but their words will reach us all differently. At the end of it all, we all chose our perspective and if for you your belief is that its not helpful then you are correct.

Thats the beauty of there being 24 hrs in a day. I slept 8, exercised for 3 ,worked for 10 and used the rest for more menial stuff. The difference was that I chose to use all of my time wisely.
By focusing on that day, that moment I got more done than thinking about what I had to do.
