I believe that the Department of Justice does not work for the American people. I believe like the 31 Czars, the DOJ reports directly to the President. As such, they have not and will not investigate the criminal organization ACORN and they did not investigate the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation in Philadelphia.However, they are investigating Sheriff Joe Arpiao in Arizona for alleged racial profiling and they will investigate our previous administration for doing their best to protect us. This is all to provide cover for the Speaker. We are choking on deficits/debt, enormous spending, jobless rates at 9.5% and climbing, $1.5 trillion for socialized health care, cap n' tax which will cripple our country and the Democrats (Emanuel) want an investigation.....As an independent voter I promise I will do everything possible to work against any democrat running for office in my area.

It has been six months (since Jan.20). I used to believe that the United States Attorney General represented the American people. I no longer believe that. The DOJ has pursued the Sheriff from Arizona, Mr. Arpiao, for alleged racial profiling at the request of Al Sharpton and ACORN (I believe). The DOJ refused to prosecute the New Black Panther Party in Philadelphia for voter intimidation and other complaints. The DOJ will not persue ACORN or investigate them financially or any other way. Now, they are considering investing the previous administration for criminal activities. With 31 Czars, Emanuel, Holder running our country, we don't have a chance. Throw in the one party system and everything this group wants will get voted in. SOCIALISM, ENTITLEMENT, WELFARE....we're well on the way. Godd Luck my fellow Americans.

If the current administration severely underestimated the financial state of our country,why should I believe that this cap n' trade bill will only cost $0.50 cents a day?. They also said we had to pass the stimulas bill right away; we did and only 7% will be spent this year and 50% won't be spent until after 2011. They also said unemployment rates would cap at 8%...they are now at 9.5% and forecasted to go to 11%. If the United States has 4.5% of the earth's population, how can we possibly change climate or co2 emmissions by ourselves? Impossible. I believe that the government is lying to the American people about the cost of H.R. 2998 (cap n' trade).The real numbers have to be between $2,000 and $3,000 per year per family, minimum.

Currently, the Congress and Senate are trying to design a health care system for all of us peasants. Their health care is paid for by us taxpayers. They recieve $12,500/mo in salary and they pay 25%(of the monthly ins. cost)of the one of nine prgrams they have to choose from.The most expensive is $354/mo. We pay the other 75% of their health care costs for them.
I want them to design a program for all americans, including themselves, and we''ll all pay the same amount of $/mo for whatever program they design for all Americans. I'd support a bill like that...wouldn't you?

It seems to be common practice to relocate, retire, call people unqualified or just fire them if they disagree or have a different position on some legislation, bill or looking at the books of a company. Look at what is happening to Inspector Generals (non political positions), that may criticize or "do their job"...fired. The EPA will control our entire way of life if this bill passes. Water, Banking, Construction, Materials used in Construction, Cars, Transportation of Food/Retail, Gasoline,Heating /Cooling Homes, electricity, Inspecting Homes, Selling Homes.....How many agencies and how many people will it take to impliment and oversee and enforce thousands of regulations that will do "Nothing" to effect our climate. If only 4.5% of the population of the planet (the United States) will participate, how can it possibly make any difference?

This bill will cripple our country. The only person who will benefit with this legislation is Al Gore and his company which will handle these so called "carbon credits" for exchange. The United States has 4.5% of the earth's population. China and India have 27%, Indonesia 3.4%,Brazil 2.8%, Pakistan,2.5%, Bangladesh 2.4% and Nigeria has 2.3%. This means that over 40% of worlds population will NOT be participating in this fiasco of a program. Are we that nieve to believe that we can actually make a difference in effecting global Climate by ourselves? Since I do not even believe we have a climate problem to begin with, I find this whole bill a sham.

Socialism is on the horizon. It is not possible to support the debt level of the upcoming programs ( Health, Climate Control) along with the previous bills ( stimulas, omnibus, housing,AIG, Auto bailout, Fannie/Freddy, the budget.
Our IRS income is down 44%, the GDP is shrinking, unemployment is leveling at 600,000, there are 12,000,000 million people not working (they have fallen off the unemployment figures), The gov't is taking over finance, auto, health, insurance, education and whatever else they deem neccesary.It is obvious to me, that very soon, taxes on everything will be needed to support all of the people who don't work and need more assistance.

We have been a one party country for 150 days. It doesn't matter what us peasants think. We are being crushed by debt and this will just add to it. The people of America are being steamrolled by the Barney Franks of the Congress and the Senate. It is hard for me to believe that these politicians pur their party before our Country...this is so difficult for me to understand. Don't they recognize the "Road to Socialism" we are on?

The total debt per household (federal) is $546,668. The total personal debt per household is $121, 953. That means the total debt is now $63.8 Trillion. We have not added the proposed national (socialized) health care program which is a $634 billion dollar downpayment. Nor does this include the proposed $685 billion dollar downpayment on Cap n' Trade. I wonder how our forecasts for debt have changed from OMB and the White House since tax revenue collections have gone down 44% year over year and our GDP is shrinking and not growing as much as yhe original over optimistic numbers were put out some months ago. Can we survive this enormous debt burden?

As a fellow disabled Marine I support my fellow Marine's right to be proud of what he has done. He has earmed the right to show his love of the Marine Corps and America. These associations who want flags removed from windows and taking shots at veterans never cease to amaze me.
