Fact - as the team is constructed now, even if they tore off 10 in a row (wins that is not losses which would be more likely) it is going nowhere but to a 2nd or 3rd place finish. Offensively, they should be fine but the starting rotation is awful. Pelfrey will probably be done, Livan is a 5th and if he stays healthy should do what ihe s supposed to do. Maine and Perez may be the worst 2/3 or 3/4 guys in the league. Pelfrey/Maine/Perez is the worst 2/3/4 in baseball. The team needs to make a trade or there will be no postseason any time soon.
If he's going to get paid to write a blog about baseball, he should at least get his facts straight. I can go all over the place to get info and this is one of the last places I now go to get my information as the writing is getting shoddy and boring.
I can see getting the ERA wrong, wait no I can't, but posting the record as 1-0? Just because the runs are unearned does not mean he does not suffer the loss. I know you are "just a blogger, not a reporter" as you love to cry but how about getting simple things like stats correct before posing them. I think even a blogger should be able to do that.
