I'd recommend good old fashioned pine tar soap. Lots of pine up there in much of Oregon, on the western slopes, at least. Some toward the east and out onto the lava beds, but not as much... where was I going? Oh, yes. Here's to your patience and ability to keep a grin on your chin.
