I think it comes with being a fan of a certain console to just not liking other consoles, and the main reason (at least for me) is that owning more than one console can be pretty expensive, specially nowadays. I admit, if I had more cash in my pocket there might not be a PS3 in my living room but a PS2 or an Xbox 360 would definitely be there. Every time we tried to go to some store it would take us somewhere completely different. My guess is that it didn't have the updated positions of the stores.
