With that many Soma's and hydrocodone in the car, not to mention his being passed out., how was he able to get it up?
I call BS on the cops. I don't buy it.

We just got finished passing laws allowing people to carry guns more places, and you want to cry gun control issues about this?
Would you rather have had a shoot out in the street? Would that have made you happier?
Hate to tell you this, but John Wayne is dead.

By law, if they are responding to call, and have the need to circumvent regular traffic law, they have to at the minimum have their lights on.

There are, however, always factions that will seek to blame other, regardless.
Yeah, forget the fact the cops were the one that committed the infraction in the first. Kill the messenger because they dared ti imply the deity did something wrong.

Tell me, do you think that would work for a citizen, (who pays their salary anyway), in court?
No, it would not. So why should it work for them? If they are on a call, they are supposed to have lights on min.
It's nice to see APD, family, friends and snitches posting on this though.

Lay-offs? Heck yeah APD needs to lay off some lazy, donut eating jerk offs. When you can routinely utilize 3-4 car loads of officers for a routine traffic stop for a soccer mom on an unsafe lane change, or speeding...YOU HAVE TOO MANY COPS!

Since this is supposed to be an "automated process" who get the issued tickets for the patrol cars when issued, and whose rug are they swept under?
This is really nothing new. Before red light cams, you could on any given day in any city across the country routinely watch officers run red lights. Because we all know the law does NOT apply to the "upholders" of the law. Never has. Never will. They think and know, the badge gives them a free pass.
