Joe, he's never been formally accused of taking steroids. That would make him bigger and that's not what a cyclist wants. BTW, he was bigger before cancer. Before spouting off, you should really investigate what he has been accused of and what the outcomes have been. Doping in cycling is WAY more complicated that you seem to know.
