The Unions Leaders and Congress are up to no good again. Man they keep so many things in the air. But H.R. 413 Public Safety Employer-Employee Cooperation Act of 2009 My god how could you be against something with that kind of title. In essence it is a LAW to make all public employees members of Unions with the enforcement of the Federal Government being the arbitrator.
It cites the Following
(4) The Federal Government is in the position to encourage conciliation, mediation, and voluntary arbitration to aid and encourage employers and the representatives of their employees to reach and maintain agreements concerning rates of pay, hours, and working conditions, and to make all reasonable efforts through negotiations to settle their differences by mutual agreement reached through collective bargaining or by such methods as may be provided for in any applicable agreement for the settlement of disputes.
This is nothing more than the Federal Government asserting rights it does not have. This will bankrupt small cities.

Hey Kool Aid Drinkers of the press and of the left. This man has every intention of enslaving you. He intends to make sure all is even. No one will excel, no one will get ahead. They have been stringing us along ever since the Clinton administration and Jimmy Carter negotiating without authority for the US. Will someone take Carters pass port away?

I cannot believe that more people are not catching on to what is about to happen to this country. This country for over 100 years from the right and the left has been slowly creeping into a every increasing the overbearing Federal Bureaucracy. It has finally become a Fascist or Socialist state now depending on your definition. There is no denying it. When the Federal Government steps in and prevents a company from failing that is meddling. But when that same government through the threat and innuendos of brute force or the threat of the government and the scorn of their allies in the media business are beholding to the government, it is no longer a capitalist. As when Obama scorns the bondholders into accepting a deal that is not fair to them. We have succumbed to the tyranny of government that has to be feared.
Is it too late? Is this the end of America?

First the impact of Cap & Trade is going to have on inflationary pressure. That expense is going to cost everyone including those at the bottom of the pecking order.
Next is going to be the cost of Government healthcare, now they are talking a VAT tax. Folks; VAT is not a simple sales tax. That is a compounding tax. A product goes through production and at every phase it is taxed. Just imagine what it will do to the price of a car.
Next is how much inflationary pressure is going to take place in the next year as a result of printing 1 Trillion dollars?
I see a snowball coming that is going to make this country totally collapse and that is what they want.

Well I wonder if the HOA would object to a home owner that had an Obama sticker?
But this is a first amendment issue that I wonder where the ACLU is in defending his right to free speech? HOA that have infringed on this right in the past have been reigned in. Perhaps there may be an attorney out there that would like to publicly embarrass the HOA on camera.

The Dead-beaters get their credit card debt paid for by those who pay their bills. The Sub-Primers will have their Mortgages paid for by people who pay taxes pay their own mortgages.
They are incrementally destroying this country. We are becoming property of the STATE
The only way out is a constitutional amendment declaring if you get a hand out you lose the right to vote.
