I like the idea for the GYFB shirt. As much as I like the other designs where he’s riding the rocket… I’d be more likely to wear it in public if it wasn’t quite so gay. “Not that there’s anything wrong with that” haha

I’m calling for an all Whedon zombie hoard boycott of this movie. Aside from the fact this movie will most likely be nothing more than a candy coated piece of crap, if I don’t do it, someone else will. At least I can say I started it. Whedon was made to write “super female” parts. I mean, just look at angel. HA!

Everything else aside, I am seriously never watching this movie. She was one of my least favorite comic book heroes anyways. I might as well use her to make a point. Is anyone else with me?

I did the same thing with Tom Cruise when he went insane. I'm tired of paying the man. And it was super hard for me cause I was still holding out for Days Thunder 2.

Also, (I cannot believe I am about to make a MTV reference), does anyone remember the MTV awards where Jack Black and Sara Michelle Gellar hosted? Remember they CGI’d the crap out of Spiderman so he was a fatass? Then he ran into Mary Jane, who was SMG, who turned out to be wonder woman?

I’m thinking, Whedon, Gellar….. WonderWoman09?

NOW there is something I did. Remember those crappy stop motion commercials that nickelodeon did? Well, me and a buddy of mine used my grandma’s 80 something video camera to film pipe cleaner dudes in creation and then walking across the coffee table. It took like three days, and you had to be super quick on the button. In the end we never sent the tape.

Its amazing the level of determination you have as a child. If I told that same buddy today, that we are gonna spend three days to make pipe cleaners walk, he would reply: “OR, We can go get drunk as hell and try to find our way home… again.”

And then we would.

I had this friend whose dad was a well paid lawyer. So needless to say, he had a full kit of loaners to hand out when it was time to “Tag” it up. But it didn’t last long. He also had a huge basement with no windows. So we figured out if we turned off the lights, it added to the fun. All you could see in the blackness was that stupid red dot pinging back and forth. So when my buddy nailed the couch, flipped into the coffee table, and had to get 7 stitches in his forehead… well, we never played Laser Tag again.

I look back on it now and all I can think is… Natural Selection.

This comic says two things to me.

The first is, I'm pretty sure that if joss showed up at your house, and was filming a shot for dollhouse, and Nathan was there too, that means Capt. Tightpaints is going to be on dollhouse.

The second is, you’re a beautiful liar. Not because Nathans not in dollhouse. (At least not that I’ve heard), but because if Joss showed up at your house he would have shoved his way past your cohorts and landed on the couch next to you. Then we would be looking at hellmouth sized delay in the production of dollhouse. So expect that zombie crowd of Whedon followers to show up at your house. It would probably be a lot like Aragorn at the end of “The Two Towers”, only Gandalf, Eomer, and two thousand Riders of the Rohirrim don’t show up to save you.

I bet Danny Trejo plays one of the Whedon Zombies.

Let’s not forget the worst childhood rape yet. No I'm not talking about Uncle Larry; I'm talking about Garfield… I absolutely loved that cartoon… Then they took a gigantic dump, painted it orange, filmed it for two days, and ruined two hours of my life. I watched it in a moral tent in Iraq a few years back. I had no choice but to sit thru it. It was like that scene from clockwork orange where they hold his lids open and force feed him video. Only it didn’t end with me having sex with some chick in the snow, surrounded by an applauding crowd, with Beethoven's Ninth Symphony in the background.

Though, it never does, does it?

I know, I know. I should have learned my lesson with Monster. But as long as she keeps showing up in movies like Sleepy Hollow, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and (lets not forget the role that spawned a thousand Goths), Addams Family… I’ll continue to give her my hard earned cash.

Do I think speed racer will be a defining moment in cinematic history? No.

I’m going to go ahead and take Joel’s word on this and buy BSG as soon as I get home from the sand box. But I totally agree with you, in the fact that anything could ever come close to “Whedon Works”. But if this is the next best thing, well I’ll give it a shot, as long as it doesn’t interfere with Dollhouse in anyway. It is going to seem funny to plan one night a week around a TV show again. Which is something I haven’t done since Angel.
