You are not in DFU mode, thats why its not letting you.
Make sure of those thing
1. You have to be in DFU mode. Pwned DFU better. Use RedSn0w or iReb
2. You must have original host file. Dont use apple.com point to Cydia IP and dont use TinyUmbrella

I have JailBreaked and Unlocked. JailBreaked Using purplera1n. But i used my own windows tools to put UltraSn0w file in. I am not able to install Cydia in my iPhone 3GS. so i unlocked using that windows tool. now as all SIM and 3G network working i could try any thing for Cydia.

But its working awesome.

Just rename the file back to 2,1_3.0_7a341_restore.ipsw Or right click and extract. Vista itself changed the file name to .zip when download.

If you cant chnage file extension then go to control panel and change the setting to show know file extension.

Its not that simple. 3G S JailBreak Needs Custom changes as well. The code hole is same but its rather more complicated.
