Thank you for your comment. I do understand it creates frustration for an affiliate if sales/commissions do not show up instantly on the networks. Some networks such as AF has agreements with their clients to allow them seven or more days to remove the sales commission if they are not valid. These sales are not shown to affiliates until the agreed time with the retailer has passed. I have concerns about it. 1 - if sales have come through to the network after de-duping then why are they still holding up on the network. 2 - who is verifying, deleting and validating them? ummm may be you can ask the networks about it. :) I have personally managed several affiliate campaigns on all major UK networks including AF and the only answer i can give you is that they have to keep both parties happy.

Thank you for your comments. yes there is a way you can track the commissions and allocate the cashback to your customer. What you have to do is add a dynamically Exit Click unique ID with each click of customer when they exit from your cashback website. This unique ID will be saved in your database on exit. Once the sale is processed on the merchant website, you will get this ID back from the affiliate network reports. You can pick this up and allocate the commission (cashback) to the relevant user on your website. Make sure you also save User ID, Store ID, Date/Time when creating and saving the Exit Click. With this option, you will know who the user is, which store he clicked on and on what date. Hope that is helpful.

Designers or even developers will not be able to help you unless you can define the process in each step to them and that is mainly your developer. Designing a cashback site is a complex procedure but there are enough resources available on the networks to help you design one from scratch. Otherwise basic cashback scripts are also availble now that you can configure according to your requirements i.e language, currency and configurating with the networks.
Thanks..

IMG provides 100% commission to you. It is up to you to share it with your customers as 50% or 100%. IMG white label solution does not work on monthly revenue share but fixed monthly admin fees.

No it is not charged initially from credit card etc. It simply means that IMG reserves the first £5 to manage the account for the whote year. Rest of the cashback in full is paid to the user for the whole year.
Thanks
