Tritton headsets are a bit better than the Turtle Beach. I've had a chance to try the Tritton AX Pros at PAX and again at the Play N Trade store by my house. The owner of the store let me compare the two for audio quality, and I think the Trittons are much more crisp in sound. The Turtle Beach set did have decent quality, but the audio quality just wasn't the same. I also heard that the Turtle Beach sets don't have true 5.1 Dolby surround sound.
