Thanks for your kind words and I\'m really pleased my RSS explanation makes sense! I think it is sometimes difficult to find good explanations for some more complex issues so I always try to work out exactly what I\'d need to know if I knew nothing about the subject already

I'm not sure what this issue is but I see you're using Mandigo version 1.24 and I have version 1.40 now so it's difficult to backtest.
Although I'd recommend updating to the latest version I wouldn't do that until you have a reliable way of keeping your customisation - don't want to run the risk of losing it.
Can you let me know exactly what you've done prior to getting this error message and I'll see what I can do to help

Now you need to keep them there, get them to come back & be in a position to contact them yourself. So set up an Opt-In with some sort of free gift as the enticement for doing so.
Don\'t worry about getting it perfect - you can always improve things but if you\'ve not done it all nothing will happen.

I\'m really glad i\'m not alone on this. You are so right - the demands on my time and for my attention are massive too. I seldom give out my mobile phone no because everybody then expects me to be available 24 hours a day. I even get chasers when I haven\'t called back within 1/2 hour!
Love your analogy - I\'ve long thought that many, many marketers see their customers as just numbers on a list - their personal mealtickets. Very similar to some employers and their employees.
Thanks for such a detailed comment. Glad to have you in my corner.
