Like I said, you won't find a deal like this anywhere else. :) If the airfare were cheaper and I had more vacation days, I might have considered it.

Hmm... maybe you can look into this deal a little bit more? If you have time and don't mind the shopping tours, I think this could be a great trip for you and your family (if your daughter if up for traveling - I think kids might even get in free or for a discounted rate). The hotels, from what I've read, are REALLY nice. True 4-star & 5-star places. The food, however, gets lukewarm reviews. (But I'm a picky Chinese eater). It might be worth it!

I think they do take you to the best / most popular destinations, but the length of time you get there and the quality of the guide is uncertain. In tours like this you give up a lot of control, but you get back the money!

I've worn tights with cushions before, and it's fine. I think it depends on what kind of tights you wear and if the texture is slippery or not.
