Furthermore, monopolies are more often a result of government intervention than a lack of anti-trust laws.
The Citizens United Case, from what I understand, prevents the silencing of certain forms of free speech. Since the left is always trying to silence the right, and rarely the other way around, it is rather easy to see that I should be on the side of free speech and therefore agree with the decision.
