Her parents called the police and reported it because they did not like the fact that my friend was African American and there daughter was white..So yeah i believe this law can be manipulated by the teens parents and this situation should be treated on a case by case basis..Just a little side bar these two ended up getting married and have two wonderful children her parents have learned to accept him and they now all get along..
