I never knew one minute could last so long.

Here in the city o' Hallmark, there's a legendary story of one of Big H's epic failures. They had a small disc player made for a talking teddy bear, but somehow between prototyping and manufacturing, the speed was just a bit slower. That, along with the cheap, scratchy acoustic needle, the voice sounded like a gravely old man. Worse, the teddy bear said things that sounded sort of pervy in context:
"I L-U-U-U-HV you!"
"Take me to be with you EVERY night."
"I love it when you stroke my fur."

Anyway, they of course didn't test well with consumers; the voice scared children and creeped out parents. The project was scrapped, but for a while, boxes and boxes of the voice boxes were stacked in a warehouse. Fortunately, my best friend is a photographer for Hallmark and he liberated a couple of the units before the rest were destroyed.

You really need to install that properly and hook it up to the driveline, so if the engine blows while you're racing, you can just start it up and throw a lever to engage it.

It's okay, they're crossing Nebraska on I-80. She'll make sure they look up, oh, about the time they hit Cheyenne...

...although it's still tough to beat the circular bed.

Weirdest interior feature? Epileptic seizure.
