Good catch Michele. I've been doing this stuff implicitly. I automatically reach out to new users, I'm working through a number of biz-dev opportunities, and I have a separate "Marketing" to-do list that I haven't re-sorted yet.

I still don't understand why they don't just adopt the standards that already exist (SIP and VOIP) so that the whole world of existing telephony systems can interoperate (including Apple's Facetime).
