I hate to write this but I think that bp is going to become nationalized just like Obama (BO) did with GM. Since bp is unable to stop the leak, their liabilities are open ended which means bp will never be able to pay liabilities/debts associated with Obama's Katrina oil spill. The only solution for bp is to default and declare Chapter 11 which will give BO the excuse he needs to pull a Hugo Chavez and take over via nationalization. BO has established a precedent with the auto industry (remember government motors) and threats to the banking industry (too big to fail). Once the feds invade they will implement undoable regulations and shut down the oil business in the Gulf and restrict exploration everywhere on land and sea.
