Of course we will develop the technology! Not for Iran, but for China. We make it, they steal it. Then they make lots of U235 and sell it for profit to Iran, and just to be fair to Saudi Arabia and any other aggressive or defensive nation. We are the suckers selling out our political offices to the highest bidder. The means? Why internet donations of course. Not required to document donations under $200 and no proof that you are a human instead of a java script required on any donation site: democrat, republican, libertarian or other. Don't tell anyone, but our government is for sale...

There are a lot of jobs where we could use robots. Mining has proven pretty dangerous, and uranium and thorium mining doubly so because of low level radiation. The robots going into the damaged/destroyed power plants have to be exceptionally hardened. The radiation is ionizing and will flip memory bits scrambling the robots brains. The radiation will also slowly cause the robot to become radioactive. (Fast neutrons change stable nuclei into unstable ones.)

The moderate republicans are falling behind Romney and Palenty and trying to take on the TEA Party/Patriot Party though surrogates to prevent a backlash. Big money is mostly falling to Romney. The question is who will represent the Tea Party/Patriots? Which candidate will find the funding to take on Romney with his Global Warming and other "moderate" positions? Please put your money where your mouth is and send some money to the candidate of your choice.

The Powerline boys, as you say, have no say in the matter. It takes people and money to run for office. Palin has 2.6 million followers on FaceBook. In the race in Maryland, the republican candidate raised almost 2 million dollars the very day Palin called on her supporters to support this lady. http://www.SarahPAC.com has been up since shortly after the last presidential election - sitting there, waiting...

Most candidates need seed money so they go to the RNC, hat in hand and ask for help to get their campaign started. Conservatively speaking because I am one, Palin will raise 10 million plus the first day she announces she is running, and she will have 50 thousand plus volunteers for her campaign by the next day and organizations in every state within a week. (I bet she is busy vetting those she wants to lead the state campaigns.) Without the help of the RNC she can win the primary. After all, the democrats will cross over and vote for her too because they think they can beat her in the general election. No, the only hope Romney, and all the other establishment types have is the hope that she will not run. If she does, they are toast.

Right now is planning and strategy time. No use being on the front line as a candidate any earlier than needed.

"We didn't mean what we said and you are despicable for thinking that we did mean what we said" - the logic of the MSM on calling Palin out.

It is called satire, you might get a laugh out of it once in a while while remembering the song. Dainty she ain't. She has muscales! (deliberate mispronunciation for effect). So my Belle (my pretty) she isn't - more like my bellicose. It is kind of like me telling you how intellectually stimulating I find your comments! That is satire. You human and not know that? (parroted that from short circuit). But there is a lot you don't know. You only have the liberal text book. You need to get out more (parroted from the Count of Monti Cristo). Not much is original in this world, lest of all your thought patterns...

Rather she outwitted the democrat agents filing bogus lawsuits (only one dinged her for a few hundred for taking a daughter with her on a flight). By leaving the office, she outflanked the opposition and lead the attack on the liberal members of the Congress and the Senate. She is learning how to defeat your kind. The liberal world is coming to an end. Go carry a sign to that effect, just don't forget to put the word liberal into the message. People might get the wrong idea about you being a nut job.

Don't worry. She doesn't need the old time Republicans to run. She has over a million followers on FaceBook. The first day she announces she will have donations that will blow your mind. The republicans understand money and people. Others will need seed money from the NRC. Palin won't. Others will need to recruit volunteers, Palin won't - they will crash her website trying to sign up if she isn't careful. There is a deliberate effort in the TEA party to take over the low level offices of the Republican party and then elect fiscal conservatives to the state offices of the party. Learn to hum the old John Dillon song "For the times, they are a changin'."

Before the election of 2008 Obama was low on the radar. Though I do not question your polls, I do question their validity this far out. The election process is all about getting to know the candidates. We here who aren't tolls, have read her books, read her policy statements, met her in person, and devoured everything she puts forth. We like what we see. In our judgment, she is like the "everyman" in plays long ago.

It may be nonsense in your mind, but elections are won not only by the candidates, but also by those willing to put forth the effort to help that candidate. If the polls are correct that she has no chance, then why aren't the liberals all concerned about the other potential candidates? Why only Sarah Palin? I believe it is because you are stupid, and the leaders in your party are not stupid. They know what you don't want to acknowledge. She is the biggest threat to the Liberals on the block. Stop with the Koolaid and try figuring out why your Liberal leadership is after her and no one else.
