Big Government : The Compensation Monster Devouring Cities

The other elephant in the room is the union, as long as they have their hooks in the government sector they'll pull the entire ship down before they'll negotiate a sane solution. Moving those pensions into private accounts and terminating the ridiculous perks will move us a long way to recovering. The government needs to model its operation after a small business.

Big Government : The Killing of Allen Kephart: How the Police Lost the Trust of a Law-and-Order Town

The problem is that they need to practice the same restraint with tazers as they do with their guns. Watch any of the cops shows and its the first thing officers draw at ANY sign of resistance. The assumption is that the use of the tazer is non-lethal and probably would have been if these officers had used disciplined methods of subduing a combative individual.

Big Government : The 99ers: Addicted To Unemployment

yep, have an uncle that was exactly like a 99er. He turned down employment simply because it didn't fit his perfect mold of what he thought his next job should be. He was pissed when he discovered I was against the unemployment benefits extensions. He said I was taking food off his table but I pointed out he was doing that by not taking a job.

Big Government : Inflation Threatens Economic Recovery

I see where you're coming from but I don't agree that because another country is able to produce items cheaper than we can that it's a benefit to us. Sure regulations and the like have an overall effect but the fact that China can use substandard practices and slave labor isn't exactly a winning scenario. In today's age I don't see where in the market one could exceed another in producing quality items that would exceed that of their competitor. Especially in China's case...

Big Journalism : Liberal Media Stunned: Analysis Shows Emails to Governor Walker Favored His Bill

Unless you're a lefty, then this was all made up and the "real truth" is that the corporate giants used their money to promote "Class warfare" I actually think Gov.
Breitbart.tv : What Do 'Pro-Choice' Protesters Really Think About Abortion?

I loved the guy at the end, "they're all about saving the fetus but they're not about raising the kid." What rock did this guy crawl out from? The many others interviewed in this vid should also concentrate on their repugnance as a human. "If I got pregnant today I would abort it tomorrow and I wouldn't feel bad" - How about exercising real time responsibility rather than making "if - then" scenarios to justify one's stance. Not one person pushing the pro-choice stance in this video delivers any substantive argument to solidify their position.

Woah! Woah! Woah! You can't say Terrorist! Obammy won't allow that. We must practice tolerance and love for everyone - except - let the Unions run rampant and unchecked. I know, not a part of the article here but isn't that what the left does anyway. Redirect if it shows us in a bad light. If all else fails call them racist Nazis. Reality. Radical Islam is not going to hug you nor redirect. Let's paint the picture as it is and not hide behind the veil of liberal flowers and candy.

Big Journalism : Correction Request: Over a Year Later, PBS Resurrects 'James O'Keefe Attempted to Bug a Senator' Lie

It's all they have "But he did bad stuff too..." Problem is, I'm not concerned or interested in what O'Keefe does to obtain his enlightening information but rather the content that he releases. I'm much happier watching organizations like Planned Parenthood, ACORN, PBS and NPR go up in flames. None of these liberal gears should be oiled by taxpayer dollars. If they can't stand on their own then they should exist.
